Cytotoxicity study of isolated compounds of Trigonella foenum graecum L. against A549 cancer cells. (A) All the isolated compounds were tested for cytotoxic potential using SRB assay against A549 cells. (B) Optimum dose for different isolated pure compounds were determined by trypan blue viability assessment. Dose 1 is 20 μg/ml and dose 2 is 80 μg/ml.
