PHAMCL accumulation by mutants of P. aeruginosa from gluconate. Cultivations were performed under PHA-accumulating conditions on MM containing 1.5% (wt/vol) sodium gluconate, 0.01% (vol/vol) oleate, and 0.05% (wt/vol) ammonium chloride.
