Figure 4

2D nhPHIP‐ZQ hydrides’ spectrum of a mixture of 21 α‐amino acids at 1 μM concentration in [D4]MeOH, acquired at 500 MHz 1H resonance frequency, in the presence of 0.88 mM Ir‐IMes catalyst, 15.7 mM pyridine as co‐substrate and 5 bar 51 %‐enriched p‐H2. The experiment was acquired at 278 K in ca. 40 minutes. The low‐field and high‐field hydrides are indicated by gray and black circles, respectively. The inset displays the doubling of the hydrides signals for isoleucine and valine, due to the formation of diastereomeric complexes.
