Regions of the 2D nhPHIP‐ZQ NMR spectrum of a sample of human urine diluted 20 times in methanol. The spectrum was acquired at 500 MHz ¹H resonance frequency, in the presence of 0.88 mM Ir‐IMes catalyst, 15.8 mM pyridine as co‐substrate and 5 bar of 51 %‐enriched p‐H₂. The experiment was recorded at 278 K in ca. 40 minutes. The assignment of the hydride resonances of sarcosine (Sar) and some natural α‐amino acids (using the one‐letter code) is indicated. The complete amino acid regions of this spectrum are presented in the Supporting Information.
