(a) With the increase of 6-OHDA concentration, the survival rate of SH-SY5Y cells decreased gradually. And the survival rate of SH-SY5Y cells was 50% of the control group when the 6-OHDA concentration was 75 μmol/L. ###P < 0.001, ##P < 0.01 vs. control. (b) Different concentrations of semaglutide and liraglutide had no significant effect on the survival rate of SH-SY5Y cells compared with the control group. (c) Semaglutide and liraglutide reverse cytotoxicity in 6-OHDA-treated SH-SY5Y cells, whereas semaglutide is more effective.
