AF SAS and SCC25 cells were infected with control and HOXA10-AS overexpression constructs. HOXA10-AS expression of the infected cells was analyzed by RT-qPCR assay (n = 3) (A, D). The cell proliferation rate (B, E) and clonogenicity (C, F) of the cells were measured by the MTT method and crystal staining (n = 3), respectively.
