In particular, the sc/snRNA-seq datasets within the Kidney Interactive Transcriptomics (Healthy Adult Kidney—Epithilia (57), Healthy Mouse Dataset (58), Human Diabetic Kidney (59) and Human Kidney snRNA/ATAC-seq (60), and The Human Nephrogenesis Atlas [Human week 14 scRNA-seq (61)] were utilized.
