MiR-497-5p overexpression inhibited cell proliferation and invasion of NSCLC cells and promoted apoptosis. A549 or H460 cells were transfected with miR-497-5p mimic (40 nM) and miR-497-5p inhibitor (20 nM) for 48 h. (a) RT-qPCR was performed to determine expression of miR-497-5p in A549 or H460 cells transfected with miR-497-5p mimic, miR-497-5p inhibitor, or their negative control. (b) Cell invasion was examined by Transwell assay. (c) Cell proliferation was examined using the CCK-8 assay in A549 or (d) H460 cells. (e) Cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry.
