Fig. 2 — BALB/c mice (n = 5 per group) received a passive serum transfer intraperitoneally and were challenged with 5xmLD₅₀ of A/Singapore/GP1908/15 H1N1 (IVR-180). Weight loss A was monitored over a 14-day period (shown is mean plus standard deviation) and the survival B of each group is also shown. Differences in survival were analyzed using a Mantel–Cox log-rank test. N1-MPP vs Neg. Ctrl. p = 0.0419, N1-MPP + ODN1018 vs Neg. Ctrl. p = 0.0034, the remaining differences were not statistically significant (p > 0.05).
