A pericentrin-depleted acentriolar AKAP450/CAMSAP2 knockout cell stably expressing GFP-CDK5RAP2 (green) and labeled overnight with 100 nM SiR-tubulin (red) was imaged for ~4.5 min (140 frames, 2 s time interval) prior to treatment with 10 μM nocodazole.
