Overexpressing miR-17-92 in adenoma organoids does not alter growth rate in 3D cultures.EV (dots) and miR-17-92 (triangle) transduced organoids were monitored for proliferation for 80 hours. Every four hours, the culture area (referred to as organoid size) occupied by the organoid was measured. The graphs display the relative increase in size as compared to the start of the measurement. At least four organoids per culture were followed and mean sizes and standard deviations are shown.
