Freshly isolated epidermal cells from IMQ– and IMQ+ mice underwent dead-cell removal and LC enrichment using microbeads. Epidermal LCs were freshly sorted from LC-enriched epidermal cell suspensions by flow cytometry. Lipids were extracted from the separated LCs and tested by LC-MS analysis.
