Negative controls (mean OD value = 0.179 ± 0.005) for panel A included five serum samples from 3- to 4-week-old C. jejuni-negative chickens. Five yolk samples (mean OD value = 0.220 ± 0.05) from SPF chickens were used as negative controls for panel B.
