HMC inhibits SDCF-induced IL-1β, IL-6, IFN-γ, and IL-33, and reverses SDCF-induced depletion of IL-10 levels in renal tissue. Kidney was collected 24 h after the administration of SDCF for the evaluation of IL-1β (A), IL-6 (B), IFN-γ (C), IL-33 (D), and IL-10 (E) levels.
