The interactions between HCV and cellular proteins. HCV-human protein–protein interactions (grey lines) were downloaded from the HCVPro database [54] and deduced from references [55,56]. The black spheres represent HCV proteins, the white spheres indicate cellular proteins that bind to HCV proteins, and the red spheres signify human proteins that bind to HCV proteins and were implicated in HCV replication by at least one large-scale siRNA screen. The green lines represent interactions between cellular proteins that bind to HCV proteins.
