Subcellular fractionation of fibroblasts cultured in the presence of 50 mM HEPES or MES. Homogenates of RAW264.7 cells treated with HEPES or MES were fractionated and compartments were separated on the basis of density using 49% Percoll centrifugation to generate density gradients.
