On the stiffness map (d), the mass demonstrates heterogenous decreased stiffness (ROI) as compared to the uninvolved white matter. The tumor stiffness measured 2.48 ± 0.70 kPa, while the average brain stiffness excluding the tumor measured 2.83 ± 0.72. Pathology confirmed a ganglioglioma WHO grade I, with Ki-67: 3–4%.
