Dendritic cell (DC 2.4) viability after exposure to different amounts of gonococci vaccine microparticles measured using MTT assay. DC 2.4 cells (2.5 × 10⁴ cells/well) were exposed to increasing doses of Gc-MP (50 to 500 µg/well) or DMSO (50 µL) and incubated at 37 °C for 48 h. All the experiments were repeated as three independent experiments with three replicates in each experiment. Data are expressed as mean ± SD, One-way ANOVA- Brown-Forsythe and Welch ANOVA test. ns, no significant, * p < 0.05 significant, ** p < 0.01 very significant, *** p < 0.05 extremely significant, **** p < 0.001 extremely significant.
