In more detail, patients with poor prognosis show increased mutation frequency in FOXA1, SPOP, TP53, and ATM. Conversely, the mutation frequency in KMT2D, OR5L1, CHD1, AR, and MED12 is lower. The percentage of mutated genes for each group (good or poor) was calculated in comparison with all mutations (100%) detected in patients of that group.
