This attenuation of miRNA sites can affect the protein expression of the target gene. Potential alternative poly‐A sites of 36 candidate genes using 3' end sequencing data ¹¹⁴ may be predicted by APAatlas ⁹³ (Supporting Information 3). Therefore, the selection of miRNAs with several binding sites for expression within CAR T cells, is crucial to circumvent the possible remove of target regions by alternative poly adenylation sites.
