Trial 1—Antibodies titres. Measurements of antibody titres in vaccinated and non-vaccinated chickens. Challenge with S. Enteritidis (SE) was carried out in week 14 of life (red line). Blood samples were taken approximately every 10 days starting at week 5 until week 16 of life (two weeks post-challenge) when all birds were euthanized.
