Platelet level in patients without and with SARS-CoV-2 infection at entrance to the Emergency Department. The value indicated for platelets (PLT) is ×10⁹/L. The mean platelet counts were different between the two groups (242.1 ± 92.1 in COVID-19 negative vs. 215.2 ± 82.8 in COVID-19 patients, p < 0.001).
