ADCC activity induced by anti-EGFR/PD-L1 BsAbs. ADCC activity was determined by ADCC Reporter Bioassay. Target cancer cells MDA-MB-468 (A) and MDA-MB-231 (B) were seeded in 96-well plates and incubated with serially diluted antibodies and effector cells for 5–6 h.
