INHBE pLOF was tested for association with 492 quantitative traits, 1463 circulating proteins, 669 disease diagnoses, 26 biomarkers from primary care and 72 measures of body composition. Phenome-wide significant (P ≤ 1.84 × 10−5; Bonferroni correcting for the number of phenotypes tested) and suggestive (P ≤ 1 × 10−3) associations are shown.
