PDK1 partially restores the inhibitory effect of miR-148a on tumor growth. (A) MDA-MB-231 carrying miR-NC, miR-148a, and miR-148a + PDK1 stable cells (5 × 10⁶ cells) were subcutaneously implanted into female BALB/c mice. These tumors were harvested after three weeks. (B) Tumor growth curves were plotted. Tumor volume calculation formula: volume = 0.5 × Length × Width². (C) The weight of harvested tumors was analyzed.
