The IC50 values were calculated by fitting experimental values to a sigmoidal bell-shaped equation. Each drug concentration was made in triplicate in each experiment, and the final obtained IC50 represents the mean and standard deviation of three separate experiments. Each DMU-214 liposomal formulation was compared to free DMU-214 by Student t-test. NA – not applicable; ns – no significance; **, ***, **** - statistical significance.
