Verification of Anti-SECISBP2L and Anti-DIO2 antibodies. A, B, Flag-tagged Secisbp2l, CT-Secisbp2l, or Flag-eGFP-Dio2 or control vector plasmids were transfected into HEK293T cells. Cell lysates were subjected to Western blotting with anti-Flag, custom-made anti-SECISBP2L, or commercial anti-SECISBP2L antibody (Sigma Prestige, Human Protein Atlas Number: HPA039875) or anti-DIO2 antibodies. An identical banding pattern detected by anti-Flag and anti-Secisbp2l or anti-Dio2 confirms the specificity of these antibodies. C, Immunofluorescent staining also showed a similar expression pattern in P3 spinal tissue with our custom-made anti-SECISBP2L and commercial anti-SECISBP2L antibody.
