A 51-year-old male with iatrogenic facial nerve injury following hemimandibulectomy. Facial nerve repair was performed 24 weeks following injury. A sural nerve graft was harvested and used as three interpositional nerve grafts for reconstruction of temporal and buccozygomatic branches.
