Stability of PSI proteins in WT and nadk2-2. A, Immunoblotting analysis of thylakoid membrane proteins from Arabidopsis plants treated with lincomycin. The detached Arabidopsis leaves were incubated with 100-µg/mL lincomycin for 30 min in the dark and then illuminated for 1, 2, and 4 h. After this treatment, total proteins from Arabidopsis leaves were isolated and the contents of distinct thylakoid proteins were determined by immunoblot analysis. The relative protein levels were estimated using an AlphaImager 2200 documentation and analysis system and are shown below the lanes.
