Twenty micrograms of total RNA from WT and nadk2-2 mutant plants were size-fractionated by agarose gel electrophoresis, transferred onto a nylon membrane, and probed with labeled cDNA probes. The genetic composition of this gene cluster and the locations of probes used for hybridization are shown above.
