Functional enrichment analysis of SLC2A1-related differential genes by GSEA. (A) The results of GO analysis containing logFC for SLC2A1-related differential genes; (B) the results of KEGG analysis containing logFC for SLC2A1-related differential genes showed these SLC2A1-related genes were mainly enriched in the cell cycle; (C) Gene Set Enrichment Analysis based on the HALLMARK gene set in MSigDb showed that these SLC2A1-related genes were mainly enriched in the G2M CHECKPOINT, E2F TARGETS, MITOTIC SPINDLE, GLYCOLYSIS, and MTORC1 SIGNALING pathways.
