Measurement data are compared with VSH simulation for reverse strategies for (a,b) quartz size amplitude and phase, and (c,d) quartz size amplitude and phase. As the beam focuses closer to apex a slight shift toward higher frequency is detected. The shift is more evident in thicker quartz. This is in agreement with simulation results.
