Super-resolution images of integrin α5 and αV on FN/FN ​+ ​VN/VN substrates. MSCs were seeded onto different substrates for 3 ​h, followed by integrin α5 (white), integrin αV (purple), actin (yellow) and DAPI (cyan) staining. (A), PEA ​+ ​FN substrate; (B), PEA ​+ ​FN ​+ ​VN substrate; (C), PEA ​+ ​VN substrate. Fibrillar α5 integrins could be observed within the MSCs on the FN and FN ​+ ​VN substrates, while α5 integrins kept dot-like within the MSCs on VN substrates.
