Outgoing patterns reveal how the sender cells (i.e., cells as signal sources) coordinate with each other as well as how they coordinate with certain signaling pathways to drive communication. Simply put, cell communication patterns are classified according to the similarity of cell communication. (A) Dot plot exhibited incoming communication patterns of target cells.
