Each time point is a geometric mean of the values measured on three fetal-derived intestinal epithelial monolayers from three different fetal donors. For all three viruses, a high input was measured at the 0-h time point likely due to the viral binding to the plastic and therefore, the graphs are normalized to the 24 h time point.
