Chest CT evolution (patient 2). (A) Baseline chest CT. Presence of homogeneous emphysema. (B) Chest CT performed 5 days after valves insertion in the left upper lobe. Presence of pneumothorax (P), pneumomediastinum, subcutaneous emphysema and 2 chest tubes. Apparition of a bulla (B) in the left lung fissure. (C) Chest CT performed 84 days after valves insertion with resolution of air leak and decreasing size of the bulla (B) and an atelectasis (A).
