The IC₅₀ values of 106–109 and 111 were reported by Rathnayake et al.⁴⁹ For 110 (GC376), the IC₅₀ values of 0.62 μM and 2.2 μM for SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV M^pro were given by Rathnayake et al.⁴⁹ The IC₅₀ values 0.19 μM and 0.05 μM to SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV M^pro were reported by Vuong et al.⁵⁰ The IC₅₀ value 0.03 μM against SARS-CoV-2 M^pro was given by Ma et al.⁵⁵
