The parameter sets for the models in Group I and Group II were obtained by curve fitting the spiking rates of CIII neurons induced by the slow-stimulation protocol and by step-stimulation protocol, respectively. The responses are induced by experimental fast-stimulation protocols with an end temperature of 10oC.
