Neutralization of wild-type SARS-CoV-2^05-2N by day-60 sera. Neutralization activity of day-60 sera obtained from participant were shown. Day-60 participants whose sera showed NT₅₀ values against SARS-CoV-2^05-2N greater than 500-fold were classified as high responders (open red circles, n = 15), and participants whose sera showed NT₅₀ values around average of all participants (range 220 to 380-fold) were categorized as moderate responders (open blue circles, n = 30).
