Shows fold change in the expression of apoptosis-related genes in treated Caco2 cells analyzed by real-time PCR (qPCR). Caco2 cells were exposed to different doses of lycopene, 5-FU, and mixture of 5-FU and Lycopene for 24 hrs. the measured genes were; Bcl-2, Bax, Cas-3, Cas-8, Cas-9, and p53 respectively. The results are presented as the mean ± SD of three different experiments.
