Lower limit of quantitation. Analytical samples at eight concentrations spanning the assay LoB (0.89 pg/mL) to 15-fold above the LoB. Samples generated from donor serum with endogenous NfL diluted in pooled donor serum first depleted of NfL by antibody immunoabsorption. Inter-run, inter-day, and inter-lot variations were tested (four replicates per sample; two runs per day over 5 days; two reagent lots). The lower limit of quantitation for lots 1 and 2 were 1.84 and 1.85 pg/mL, respectively, at a precision cut-off of 20% CV. The blue and red regression lines correspond to lots 1 and 2, respectively.
