Baclofen and muscimol do not modulate AMPA‐activated Src, Akt, JNK and CREB signaling pathways. Western blot of phosphorylated Src (A), Akt (B), JNK (C) and CREB (D) protein levels, normalized to the total protein, in oligodendrocytes treated with baclofen or muscimol before exposure to AMPA, and analyzed 10 min or 1 h after AMPA stimulus. All conditions were normalized to values from untreated cells, which was considered as 100% of phosphorylated protein expression levels.
