The mRNA level (s) of Nf-ƙb, Nf-ƙb P65, and IƙB from the ovaries were assessed with real-time PCR. In PCOS groups treated with SPE, a significant reduction in levels of expression of NF-κB, NF-κB p65, genes and increase in levels of expression of IκB were observed.
