Each outer track represents a gene thought to be associated with resistance and coloured blocks denote the presence of a nonsynonymous mutation in the relevant gene for a given isolate. Mutations in these genes that are either associated with sensitivity or present in >5% of the collection of isolates as a whole were ignored.
