Host metabolism modulates SARS‐CoV‐2 lifecycle. SARS‐CoV‐2 lifecycle intensively interacts with host metabolism. Viral entry, replication, assembly, and release are modulated by host metabolism. Host cells provide metabolic support for SARS‐CoV‐2 biogenesis and maturation of viral proteins.
