Mediastinal lymph node lesions in 53-y-old woman in simultaneous cohort (patient 12). Patient had history of ER-positive, PR-positive, HER2-negative invasive ductal carcinoma in right breast. Uptake on both ¹⁸F-fluoroestradiol and ¹⁸F-FDG imaging remained stable through all 3 time points. RECIST measures also showed stable disease. She remained on study therapy for 6.7 mo until disease progression.
