Cells were treated with each inhibitor for 72 hours. The red, green, and blue colors represent SK-UT-1, SK-LMS-1, and SKN, respectively. The experiments were performed in triplicate and repeated three times. The IC₅₀ value was calculated using the following equation: IC₅₀ = 10[log(A/B) × (50 − C)/(D − C) + log(B)], where A and B represent the highest and the lowest concentrations to cover an estimated IC₅₀ value, respectively, and where C and D represent the cell viability at concentrations B and D, respectively.
