MS4A1-gene (CD20) expression in patients with mycosis fungoides (MF) compared with controls. Significant upregulation of MS4A1 in early-stage (ES) MF and advanced-stage (AS) MF is observed compared with controls. Also, significant upregulation of MS4A1 gene expression in AS-MF compared with ES-MF (fold-change=5.2, p = 0.002) was seen. There was no significant difference in MS4A1 gene expression between controls (dermatitis (D) and healthy skin (HS) (p = 0.541).
