NFKBIZ and IL36G expression are positively correlated in psoriatic skin during anti-interleukin (IL)-17A treatment. Quantitative PCR was used to analyse the mRNA expression of NFKBIZ and IL36G in punch biopsies taken from lesional psoriatic skin during secukinumab treatment. RPLP0 was used as a reference gene for normalization. The correlation between the mRNA expression levels of NFKBIZ and IL36G was analysed as indicated in the figure.
