Knockdown of Netrin-1 (NTN-1) in hippocampal CA1 regions reversed the increase of anxiety-like behaviors caused by MS. (A) In OFT, compared with rats injected Lenti-Scramble (MS + Scramble), rats expressing Lenti-shNTN-1 (MS + shNTN-1) showed longer distance traveled, (B) more entries into the center zone, and (C) more rearing.
